Terms and Conditions for artists

Please review the following terms and conditions for working with our freelance styling services:

• Booking and Payment

  • 25% deposit payment required at time of booking

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer

  • Additional services must be agreed upon in advance

• Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Fee Structure:

    • Less than 24 hours: Full fee (100%) charged

    • 24-48 hours: Half fee (50%) charged

    • 48-72 hours: Quarter fee (25%) charged

• Session Guidelines

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment

  • Communicate any specific requirements beforehand

  • Reference images should be provided in advance

• Location and Travel

  • Travel fees apply outside central service area

  • Parking/venue access must be arranged by client

• Image Rights and Privacy

  • Photos may be used for portfolio with client consent

  • Client privacy and confidentiality assured

  • Written permission required for social media content

• Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email

  • Rates and fees must be agreed upon before booking confirmation

  • Portfolio and credentials must be submitted for agency review

• Payment Terms

  • Payment schedule: Net 30 days from invoice date

  • Invoices must include booking reference and date

  • Additional expenses must be pre-approved

• Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional behavior and appearance

  • Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time

  • Follow client and location guidelines

• Equipment and Supplies

  • Bring own styling kit and necessary tools

  • Responsible for any damage to provided equipment

• Confidentiality

  • Non-disclosure of client information

  • No behind-the-scenes content without approval

  • Respect intellectual property rights
